Q: Can I purchase a session for a friend/family member?

A: Yes, you can buy a gift certificate and they can use the certificate code to book a session when they are ready. You can purchase a reiki session using this page: https://nancyxiong.com/services , scroll all the way down.

Q: How can I prepare for my distant reiki session?

A: Preparing is pretty simple. We want you to be relaxed, be in a comfortable position with limited distraction. For in-person sessions, we will have you laying down on a massage table with a blanket to keep you warm. Nancy will work with the seven chakras of your body, sending reiki energy healing through gentle hand touch. For distant reiki sessions, we ask that you be in a comfortable position, laying down or sitting with limited distraction wherever you are (bedroom, living room, reading room). You can put on music, light candles, burn incense. Please refer to our page: Prep For Your Session.

Q: Which is more beneficial: in-person or distant reiki session? What do you recommend?

A: Distant reiki sessions works just as powerful as in-person sessions. Typically reiki is done in-person. For distant reiki sessions, Nancy will call you and be on the phone with you so you both are connected through voice and energy. She will light a candle and incense for you. She will also walk you through the steps.

Q: Where are you located? I’m from California, can I book a session with you?

A: Nancy is based in St. Paul, Minnesota. Her studio is located on the Eastside of St. Paul, MN for in-person sessions. Nancy can and has worked with clients from across the nation. Distant reiki is able to be sent long distance. When booking a session, we will ask you to upload a recent photo to help Nancy tune into your energy and will ask for your consent.

Q: Do you work with all ages?

A: Yes, Nancy can work with all ages. For children under the age of 18, we ask for a parent/guardian consent and the child’s consent. For distant reiki, we would prefer to be on the phone with both the parent/guardian and child. It’s important that every client that we work with consents for themselves and knows what’s going to happen during the session. We want our clients to know that they have power over their bodies and can make their own decisions with the messages and information that may come up during their session.

Q: My friend needs some healing and could benefit from your healing sessions? How can I convince my friend to book a session?

A: You are a kind, kind friend to be looking out for your friend. Nancy strongly believes that there’s a timeline for everything. You can certainly share our website and services with your friend. They can email Nancy (nancy@nancyxiong.com) for more information or ask for a discovery phone call to learn more about reiki. As mentioned before, it’s important that every client that we work with consents for themselves and knows what’s going to happen during the session. We want our clients to know that they have power over their bodies and can make their own decisions with the messages and information that may come up during their session.

Q: How do I know if reiki energy healing is right for me?

A: Reiki is pure and whole. Nancy gives/sends reiki from a place of love and pure heart. Reiki does not harm. Once reiki is given/sent, your body will absorb it within minutes or days. After a session, your body will continue to receive the reiki energy for the next few days. Our clients comes from different walks of life. We worked with COVID positive clients and reiki helped them recovered. We worked with folks who has been feeling lost, fearful, unclear, unmotivated and reiki was able to shift the energy out so they can breathe and make room for the energy needed to continue on. Lastly, we have worked with folks who are on a spiritual awakening journey in providing them guidance and encouragement.

Q: What is your cancellation, reschedule and refund policies?

Cancellation Policy: You may reschedule your appointment at least 72 hours before the original scheduled appointment. All sales are final and non-refundable.

Reschedule Policy: Rescheduling appointments must be made at least 72 hours before the original scheduled appointment. Rescheduling within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be allowed.

Exceptions: In case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss possible alternative arrangements.

Refund Policy: All sales are final and non-refundable.

Q: Do you accept health Insurance?

A: At the moment can accept Health Savings Account (HSA) payments as long as your health care plan accepts holistic healing: reiki energy healing, sound healing.
