What is Sound Healing?
Sound healing is the therapeutic application of sound frequencies to the body, mind and soul of a person with the intention of bringing them into a state of harmony and health. It is based on the idea that all matter (including the human body) is vibrating at specific frequencies. Disease, illness and pain are thought to be caused by blockages or imbalances in these natural vibratory rates. When these blockages are removed, health and well-being is restored.

Sound Healing
Our Community Sound Healing sessions are facilitated by Nancy Xiong.
All sessions are open to the public and will be held in St. Paul, MN.
UPDATE ON OUR SERVICES (January 22, 2026)
With current activities in the Twin Cities, out of care and consideration for all our clients (current and future) and for our broader community, We will be transitioning to offering only Distant Reiki Healing sessions, Intuitive Clarity Readings and Soul Portrait Readings at this time until the end of February 2026.
***All in-person sessions and events in January and February has been postponed until further notice.
***We will be reaching out to folks who has in-person bookings to offer alternative options.
