Inner Compass: Work from Within is a gentle, supportive guiding journey designed to help individuals seeking clarity, grounding, and reconnection with what matters most to them. This offering invites you to slow down, listen inward, and move toward healing and purpose in a way that feels authentic and self-directed.

Through a blend of spiritual guidance, intuitive reflection, Reiki-informed practices, and culturally grounded wisdom, these weekly sessions create space for clarity, healing, and integration. Rather than offering prescriptive answers, this work centers your lived experience and inner wisdom—supporting you in building self-trust, naming what feels misaligned, and identifying pathways forward that honor your values, culture, and capacity.

This program is designed for those who may be feeling stuck, disconnected, or at a crossroads, and who are seeking a grounded, compassionate space for reflection and growth. Healing is approached as a process that unfolds over time, with care for boundaries, consent, and integration.

You are invited to come as you are. Together, we work at a pace that supports clarity, restoration, and purposeful movement—guided by your inner compass.
