Nancy is a Reiki Master, energy and sound healing practitioner based in St. Paul, Minnesota. Through her practice, Hono Bono Healing LLC, she infuses Hmong Shamanic healing practices with her services to ensure a heart warming experience for her clients so they can live a life with purpose authentically. As a healing practitioner, Nancy has had the pleasure of working with folks from all walks of life and from across the nation: California to Washington, DC.
Nancy has worked with clients who has been trying to conceive for many years. Her Reiki has supported their dreams of having children.
She has worked with clients who are spiritually awakened but not sure where to go. She has been offering guidance and meeting them where they are at through in-person Reiki trainings and mentorship meetings.

Group Sound Healing (Community Sessions)
Monthly in-person sound healing sessions with Reiki Master Nancy Xiong, and the angelic voice of renowned Hmong American Music Artist, Pagnia Xiong. Sound healing aka sound bath has the following benefits: clearing of energetic blockages, increasing deep relaxation, and renewing sense of purpose, well-being, calm, and happiness. Participants are highly encouraged to dress comfortably, bring a pillow and a yoga mat or blanket. Participants can sit or lay down during the session. The session will be in St. Paul, Minnesota. What does “Hono Bono” mean?
Hono Bono is a Japanese word for heart warming. Nancy studied Japanese in high school and college and eventually studied abroad for a semester in Nagasaki, Japan. She was welcomed by two host families who were very heart warming. Since then, this word became part of Nancy’s daily vocabulary. Through reiki, Nancy hopes to provide hono bono healing services to her clients.
What is Reiki Energy Healing?
Reiki pronounced ( Ray-Key) is a healing modality that originated in Japan and is currently practiced worldwide. The word “Reiki” comes from the Japanese words “rei” (universal life ) and “ki” (life energy).
Reiki is a type of energy healing using hands of the practitioner.
