Cancellation, Reschedule and Refund Policies
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your appointment, however all sales are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to change, reschedule, or cancel sessions, events or trainings as necessary. We will try to send notice far in advance as possible along with alternative options via email . We are not responsible for missed emails and encourage participants to regularly check their inbox and spam folders for updates.
Reschedule Policy
Rescheduling appointments must be made at least 72 hours before the original scheduled appointment, event or training. Rescheduling after the 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be allowed. All sales are final and non-refundable.
Exceptions
In case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss possible alternative arrangements. All sales are final and non-refundable.
No Shows
After you book a session, an email confirmation will be sent to you at the email address you provided. Please check your spam box. No shows will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. We are not responsible for missed emails and encourage participants to regularly check their inbox and spam folders.
Refund and Transfer Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. Your scheduled appointment, event or training are transferrable. Please email us at nancy@nancyxiong.com ahead of time to notify the transfer along with the name of the person at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, event or training . At the event of transferring your scheduled appointment, event ticket or training registration, the transfer of funds is the responsibility of you as the participant and must be managed independently.
Inclement Weather Policy
We are based in St. Paul, Minnesota. Due to the Minnesota weather conditions (including snow, ice, extreme cold, or hazardous travel), we reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify sessions for safety reasons. Updates will be communicated via email when possible with alternative options. We are not responsible for missed emails, and participants are encouraged to check their inbox and spam folders. No one is expected to travel in unsafe conditions. All sales are final and non-refundable.
Safety For all Participants and Practitioner
We are committed to creating a space rooted in community care, respect, and shared responsibility. The safety and well-being of all participants and the practitioner come first. If at any point an event, session, situation, or behavior poses a risk or causes harm, the session, event, or training may be paused, modified, or cancelled to protect everyone. We invite all participants to honor their own needs, respect one another’s boundaries, and contribute to a safe and supportive environment. If a session, event or training will be cancelled on our end, we will send notice far in advance as possible via email. Do you accept health Insurance?
At the moment we accept Health Savings Account (HSA) payments as long as your health care plan accepts holistic healing: reiki energy healing, sound healing.
